Low Definition Table Tennis Basic Strokes Videos for Dialup Users

I've gone back to some of my earlier Basic Strokes videos, and have now included low definition versions (640x480) of around half the size in MB, so if you are stuck on a dialup connection, you'll be able to get viewing and learning a lot faster! The videos are halfway down each page.
