Table Tennis Training Camps and Coaching Clinics - Review

Thursday January 3, 2008
Table tennis training camps and coaching clinics can be a great way to improve your ping-pong quickly. You can get some intensive training from highly qualified coaches, who are able to put your technique under the microscope and give you the right advice to fix any mistakes that have crept into your game. Not to mention the chance to learn some tactical tips from the masters!

The only downside is that attending these camps and clinics can be a significant investment in terms of the money spent, and your own free time. So you definitely want to make sure that you are going to get what you pay for! That's why finding out what other players thought of a particular training camp (or coach) can be very useful in helping you decide if it is the right one for you.

With this in mind, I'm setting up a section on this website for reviews of the different table tennis training camps and coaching clinics out there, so that we can share our experiences with each other. Forum member AGOODING2 has been kind enough to get the ball rolling (!), and he has written about his visit to the Newgy Headquarters and Training Center in December 2007. Thanks Andrew!
