How to Avoid Choking in Ping-Pong Matches

I don't think you would be human if you hadn't felt nervous before (or during!) a table tennis match at some point. It's something all competitive ping-pong players have to deal with at some point. But when the pressure is on and your wrist starts to tighten, what can you do to relax and get yourself back into the zone? I've got a few suggestions of my own on how to avoid choking that have helped me cope better with my own bouts of nerves over the years.
