I'm sorry to say that changes in my personal circumstances mean that I won't be able to continue as your Guide to Table Tennis / Ping-Pong. So I'd just like to say a big thank you to all my readers out there - it's been fun and I've enjoyed sharing my thoughts and experiences with you all over the last few years. I'll still be doing some dabbling with table tennis online on my own personal website - www.gregsttpages.com - so drop by if you want to see what I'm up to.
There will probably be an Apply Now notice for the position of Guide going up on the main site in the near future, as About.com begins the search for a new Guide. About.com is a great company to work for, and I've enjoyed my time as Guide a lot. I'm also looking forward to seeing what the next Guide does with the site as I hand over the torch that Sean O'Neill (the previous Guide) passed to me. So if you've got a passion for ping-pong, and something to share with the world about table tennis, put your hand up and apply to be the next Guide!
Cheers, |

I am getting much more into playing and really appreciated your sage advice as a reference to keep me level-headed as I develop my game. I used your recommendations to choose my first custom paddle and i am very impressed. God bless!
