Do Your Body a Favor - Play Table Tennis

For those of us out there who are always looking for a way to shed an extra couple of pounds, but hate to run or do aerobics, here's a better way - play more Table Tennis!

In this article by Charlene J. Nuble, Table tennis was rated as burning 450 calories per hour for a 110 pound player. More advanced players probably burn even more! So what are you waiting for? Grab a paddle and a partner and get pinging!

I’m a fair way from 110 pounds myself though….
