Forehand Counterloop Simple Drill
| Many players practice their counterlooping by standing away from the table and beginning the rally by hitting the ball directly into their opponent's forehand court, similar to a tennis serve, but using a loop stroke.
While this approach can be useful for players just learning to counterloop, the addition of long serves and a loop return of serve can increase the usefulness of the forehand counterloop drill considerably, while still keeping the drill fairly simple to perform. Check it out! |
