Table Tennis vs Golf - Why are the Pro Golfers Nuts About Ping-Pong?

According to Michael Walker of Golf Magazine, many of today's professional golfers play a lot of ping-pong when off the course. Apparently there's even bragging rights as to who is the best ping-pong player among the pros! Michael was curious about why so many elite golfers seem addicted to table tennis, and asked me if I could explain the reasons, as well as throwing in a few other questions - such as whether top golfers such as Tiger Woods could cut it as top table tennis players too? Once I picked myself off the floor and cleaned the coffee off my monitor ;), I did my best to answer why professional golfers are ping-pong nuts. |
