Should You Train When You are Tired?

Go for the burn! While this may be great advice when bodybuilding, is it a good idea when practicing your ping-pong? And with the busy lives we all lead, sooner or later you are going to be tired before you even get out on the table tennis court. On days like that, should you pack it in early, or train through the pain? Should you train when you are tired?
