The player is continuing his recovery to the ready position.

Points to look for:

  • The right leg has finished straightening, and the right foot is now turning back to face the front.
  • The shoulders, hips and waist have finished turning, and are back in their original positions.
  • The playing arm only needs to be lifted a little, and the free arm moved forward, to be back in their ready positions.
