Backhand Drills in Ping-Pong

The backhand drill is a very common drill in table tennis, but it is also important to learn to integrate your backhand and forehand strokes. So instead of just an explanation of the basic backhand drill, I've included some more advanced variations to keep you interested and alert while still giving your backhand a good workout, and also combining your backhand training with your forehand.
