The ball has passed over the net, and the player has finished his follow through.

Points to look for:

  • The range of movement of the elbow is clear from the sequence of photographs. The playing elbow has moved in a semi-circular motion.
  • Again, note that the playing elbow is kept below shoulder level, and the upper body has remained square to the line of play.
