The player is starting his return to his ready position.

Points to look for:

  • The feet of the player have both shifted position at the same time, since the player was momentarily airbourne due to the upward force of the swing. While he was in mid-air, he allowed his body to rotate a little to his left in order to straighten his body up to the line of play, which is now coming from his opponent's forehand corner.
