South Korea's Kim Kyung Ah won the bronze medal in Women's Singles at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games. Can she go two better in 2008?

Kim Kyung Ah is a traditional defender using 2.1mm inverted rubber on her forehand, and 1.3mm long pimpled rubber on her backhand (according to the ITTF website). She often serves from her backhand side with the forehand rubber, then twiddles her bat to bring the inverted rubber back onto her forehand side. During the rallies, she doesn't twiddle that much though, preferring to chop with heavy backspin on both sides, with occasional counterlooping from the forehand side against weak returns.

Kim is pictured here showing excellent form while executing a forehand chop away from the table.
